Drinking Games is meant for adults of legal drinking age having a good time together. Alcohol affects everyone differently, and no game is worth your health or safety. Please keep these in mind every time you play.
๐ Never drink and drive
Plan a safe way home before the night starts โ a designated driver, a taxi, or a rideshare. If you've been drinking, don't get behind the wheel, and don't let a friend do it either.
Know your limits
- Drink water between rounds and eat before and during play.
- There's no shame in sitting a round out, sipping water instead, or swapping in a soft drink โ every game on this site works exactly the same with a non-alcoholic drink.
- Pace yourself. Timed games like Power Hour can add up fast โ go at a speed that's right for you.
- Stop when you've had enough. "One more" is how good nights turn bad.
Look after each other
- Keep an eye on your friends. If someone's had too much, help them slow down or stop.
- Never pressure anyone to drink, and respect anyone who opts out โ for any reason, or none.
- Know the signs of alcohol poisoning (confusion, vomiting, slow or irregular breathing, unconsciousness) and call emergency services if you're worried. It's never the wrong call.
Who should not play
- Anyone under the legal drinking age.
- Anyone who is pregnant, driving, on medication that interacts with alcohol, or in recovery.
- Anyone who simply doesn't want to drink โ join in with water or a soft drink instead.
